AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Section 16, Township 45 North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, a new easement has been obtained to replace
the subject easement and the District has no further use for the
subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Northwesternmost corner of "Forest Meadows Plat Three", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 100 on May 23, 1986 in the St. Louis County Records, said point also being the Northeasternmost corner of "Chesterfield Meadow Plat Two", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 496 on February 13, 1979 in the St. Louis County Records; thence North 05 degrees 18 minutes 14 seconds East 625.88 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence North 60 degrees 23 minutes 06 seconds West 206.13 feet to a point; thence North 21 degrees 30 minutes 29 seconds West 116.52 feet to a point thence South 46 degrees 32 minutes 38 seconds East 23.63 feet to a point thence South 21 degrees 30 minutes 29 seconds East 91.58 feet to a point; thence South 60 degrees 23 minutes 06 seconds East 162.01 feet to a point; thence South 46 degrees 32 minutes 38 seconds East 41.80 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Book 7368, Pages 1579-1583 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1987.
