AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($22,500.00) from the Forest Ridge Operating Fund
to provide a final clarifier tank and mechanism which will be
installed at the Forest Ridge Treatment Plant.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($22,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Forest Ridge Operating Fund to provide a final clarifier tank and
mechanism which will be installed at the Forest Ridge Treatment
Plant.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1987.
