AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Field
Construction, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Ross
and Merrick Relief Sewer (85108), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Field Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Ross and Merrick Relief Sewer (85108), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 1st day of June, 1987 and
formally executed on the 9th day of June, 1987 by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1987.
