AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Wabash and Jackson Sanitary Relief Sewer Project (85107), in the
City of Berkeley, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Wabash and Jackson Sanitary Relief Sewer Project (85107), in the
City of Berkeley, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 21st day of
May, 1987 and formally executed on the 9th day of June, 1987 by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1987.
