AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lot 2 and Lot
3 of Winheim Acres in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such subject easements, and this
District has no further use for such subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described ten (10) foot
wide easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot 2 from which the Northwest corner of said Lot 2 bears North 88 degrees 49 minutes West 195.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 49 minutes West 200.00 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot 3; thence along said South line South 89 degrees 49 minutes East 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 0 degrees 49 minutes East 200.00 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 2; thence along said North line North 88 degrees 49 minutes West 10.00 feet to the point of beginning as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 53 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1987.
