AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with American States Insurance
Company (Alexander & Alexander, Inc., Agent) for Five Hundred
Thousand Dollars coverage of the District's automobile fleet
insurance from July 1, 1987 to June 30, 1988.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with American States
Insurance Company for Five Hundred Thousand Dollars coverage of
the District's automobile fleet insurance from July 1, 1987 to
June 30, 1988, for a premium of One Hundred Forty-one Thousand Six
Hundred Fifty Two Dollars ($141,652.00) for such policy period.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1987.
