AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Continental
Insurance Company (Alexander & Alexander, Inc., agent) for the
District's Contractor's Equipment Floater Insurance coverage from
July 1, 1987 to June 30, 1988.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Continental Insurance Company, who
submitted a quote for the District's Contractor's Equipment
Floater Insurance coverage at a premium of Sixteen Thousand Five
Hundred Sixty-nine Dollars ($16,569.00) for such policy period, is
hereby awarded the contract for such Contractor's Equipment
Floater Insurance coverage from July 1, 1987 to June 30, 1988.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1987.
