AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Six Thousand
Dollars ($106,000.00) from the Improvement Fund to be used for
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in Tam
O'Shanter WWTP By-Pass Sewer (86025), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Ninety-five Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-three Dollars
($95,383.00), and the cost of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs, easement charges, and allowance for
construction change orders is Ten Thousand Six Hundred Seventeen
Dollars ($10,617.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Six Thousand
Dollars ($106,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement
Fund to be used for project costs for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Tam O'Shanter WWTP By-Pass Sewer (86025), in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1987.
