AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in Tam
O'Shanter WWTP By-Pass Sewer (86025), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of sanitary sewers in Tam
O'Shanter WWTP By-Pass Sewer (86025), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 16th day of June, 1987 and
formally executed on the 22nd day of June, 1987 by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1987.
