AN ORDINANCE, vacating all right, title, or interest of
the District in the public sewer in the east alley in City Block
399N of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and public right-of-way
interest in the west alley of City Block 399N.
WHEREAS, the owner of the land has requested that the
District vacate all right, title, or interest that it may have in
the subject sewer in the east alley and the District has no
further use for said sewer, and the owner of the subject property
has agreed to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement
in the west alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates all right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described sewer, to wit:
That public sewer in the east alley being part of City
Block 399N of the City of St. Louis, and more particularly
described as follows: The North-South eastern alley in City Block 399N from the North line of Julia Street to the South line of Carroll Street. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates public right-of-way interest that it may have in the following described alley: The North-South western alley in City Block 399N from the North line at Julia Street to the South line of Carroll Street. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 16, 1987.
