AN ORDINANCE, transferring Six Hundred Thousand Dollars
($600,000.00) as a loan from the General Fund of the District to
the Mississippi River Principal and Interest Fund, to provide
funds to pay the August 1, 1987 interest payment on the
Mississippi River Subdistrict General Obligation Bonds, and
providing for the repayment of said loan.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Thousand Dollars
($600,000.00) is hereby transferred as a loan from the General
Fund of the District to the Mississippi River Principal and
Interest Fund.
Section Two. The Director of Finance is hereby
directed to repay the loan as authorized in Section One above from
the receipt of 1987 property taxes from the City of St. Louis and
St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 16, 1987.
