AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a vacated alley in City Block 945 of the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title, or interest that it may have in
the subject vacated alley, and this District has no further use in
the vacated alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described vacated alley: A 20 foot wide alley in City Block 945 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, the centerline of which is further described to wit: Beginning at a point on the Western line of 18th Street (60 foot wide) 165.25 feet South of the South line of Cole Street (60 foot wide); thence Westerly on a line 165.25 feet South of and parallel with the South line of Cole Street a distance of 375.58 feet to the East line of 19th Street (60 foot wide) being the end point. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 16, 1987.
