AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 1 and 2 of Fairington, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of the subject
easements and this District has no further use for such portions
of the subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of the
seven and one-half foot (7.5') wide easements are hereby vacated,
to wit: Beginning at a point on the common line of said Lot 1 and 2 of "Fairington", said point being distant S.54o 50'E., 11.79 feet from the northeast corner of Lot 2 of "Fairington", being also the most western corner of Lot 1 of "Fairington"; thence along a line 10.00 feet southeast of and parallel with, the southeast line of Ringer Road, N.67o 08'E., 8.84 feet to a point; thence along a line 7.50 feet northeast of and parallel with, the common line between said Lots 1 and 2 of "Fairington", S.54o 50'E., 68.19 feet to a point thence S.35o 10'W., 15.00 feet to a point; thence along a line 7.50 feet southwest of and parallel with, aforementioned common line between said Lots 1 and 2 of "Fairington", N.54o 50'W., 77.55 feet to a point; thence along a line 10 feet southeast of and parallel with, the southeast line of Ringer Road, N.67o 08'E., 8.84 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 182, Pages 6 and 7 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 16, 1987.
