AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 7190, adopted June
23, 1987, by inserting certain language therein specifying the
contribution of the City of Crestwood toward the construction of
storm sewers in Pardee Lane Channel Improvements (86091), in the
City of Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 7190, adopted June 23,
1987, is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the second
"WHEREAS" clause, specifying the contribution of the State of
Missouri toward the total costs of said storm sewers in Pardee
Lane Channel Improvements (86091), the following clause:
"WHEREAS, the City of Crestwood, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Fifty-nine Thousand Dollars ($59,000.00) toward the
total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek,
and"
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 16, 1987.
