AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 3-C and
8 of Interstate Industrial Park Resub. of Lots 7 & 8, in the City
of Fenton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easements and the
District has no further use for said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The five foot (5') easements on each side of the common
line between Lots 3-C and 8 of Resub. of Lots
7 & 8 of Interstate Industrial Park, as
recorded in Plat Book 198, Page 82 of the St.
Louis County Records; excepting therefrom the
Western fifty feet (50') of each of the
aforesaid easements.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 16, 1987.
