AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 4 of Hill-N-Dale in the City of Olivette, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of the sewer
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The five foot (5') easement on the West lot line of Lot
4 of Hill-N-Dale, as recorded in Plat Book
62, Page 50 of the St. Louis County Records;
excepting therefrom the South 10 feet (10')
thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 16, 1987.
