AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, to enter into a contract with the firm of J.
H. Ellwood and Associates, Inc. to act as the employee pension
fund investment consultant for the District.
WHEREAS, the District staff, on behalf of the Board of
Trustees, has received and evaluated written proposals from firms
to provide pension fund investment consulting services and the
Board of Trustees has conducted oral interviews with selected
firms,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, are hereby authorized to enter into a
contract with the firm of J. H. Ellwood and Associates, Inc. to
act as the Employee Pension Fund Investment Consultant for the
District.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1987.
