AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fred Weber,
Inc. for the emergency repair of the Arsenal & Broadway Sewer
(88019), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc. for the emergency repair of
the Arsenal & Broadway Sewer (88019), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, as
formally executed on the 30th day of July 30, 1987, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1987.
