HomeMy Public PortalAbout07238 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7238 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 87059 (Fenton Hills & Flora Del) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 87059 (Fenton Hills & Flora Del). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 87059 (Fenton Hills & Flora Del) shall be as follows: 2 FENTON HILLS & FLORA DEL SUBDISTRICT NO. 87059 Beginning at a point in the north line of Fenton Hills Road, 30 feet wide, said point being 202.71 feet south 76 degrees 56 minutes east from an old stone at the northwest corner of Lot 1 of "Anderson Bowles Estates" a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 3, page 38 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along a line 110 feet westwardly of and parallel to the west line of "Flora Del Acres", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 48, page 18 of the St. Louis County Records, to a point in the south line of Flora Del Drive, 50 feet wide; thence southeastwardly along said south line of Flora Del Drive to its intersection with the west line of said "Flora Del Acres"; thence southwestwardly along said west line 21.23 feet to a point; thence northeastwardly along a line 10 feet south eastwardly of and parallel to the southeast line of said Flora Del Drive to a point in the east line of Lot G of said "Flora Del Acres"; thence southeastwardly along the west line of parcel 2 of property conveyed to Norman L. Hicks, by deed recorded in book 7227, page 1104 of the St. Louis County Records, South 7 degrees 27 minutes east to a point, said point being in the north line of parcel 1 of said Hicks property; thence southeastwardly along said north line to a point, said point being the southeast corner of parcel 2 of said Hicks property; thence northwestwardly along the east line of parcel 2 of said Hicks property, north 7 degrees 27 minutes west, to its intersection with a line being 30 feet southeastwardly of and parallel to the southeast line of said Flora Del Drive; thence northeastwardly along said parallel line to a point in the east line of Lot F of said "Flora Del Acres" ; thence southwestwardly along said east line of Lot F and along the east line of Lot L of said "Flora Del Acres" to a point in the east line of said Lot L; thence southeastwardly along a line 10 feet southwardly of and parallel to the north line of Lot M and Lot N of said "Flora Del Acres" to a point in the west line of Lot O of said "Flora Del Acres"; thence northeastwardly along said west line to the northwest corner of said Lot O; thence southeastwardly along the north line of Lot O and Lot P of said "Flora Del Acres" to a point in the north line of said Lot P; thence southwestwardly along a line 36 feet westwardly of and parallel to the west line of Dennis Road, 50 feet wide, to a point in the south line of said Fenton Hills Road, 50 feet wide, said point being 126.23 feet from the northwest corner of Lot 2 of "Catherine Acres", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 150, page 18 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along said south line of said Fenton Hills Road, said south line being the north line of last mentioned Lot 2, 17.06 feet to a point of 3 curve; thence southeast along a curve to the right having a radius of 20 feet, 29.75 feet to a point of tangent; thence continuing southwestwardly along the east line of said Lot 2 to the southeast corner thereof; thence northwestwardly along the south line of said Lot 2 to the Southwest corner thereof, said point being in the east line of Lot 1 of said "Catherine Acres"; thence southwestwardly along said east line to the southeast corner thereof; thence northwestwardly along the south line of said Lot 1 to the southwest corner thereof; thence northeastwardly along the west line of said Lot 1, a distance of 47.33 feet, to a point, said point being in the east line and 62 feet northeast of and perpendicular to the south line of property conveyed to Donald L. Lober and Carol A. Lober, his wife, by deed recorded in book 7884, page 2295 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along a line 62 feet northeastwardly of and parallel to the south line of said Lober property, to a point in the east line of parcel 2 of property conveyed to Patrick Rawie and Lou Rawie, his wife, by deed recorded in book 6014, page 429 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along said east line to a point; said point being the southeast corner of parcel 1 of said Rawie property; thence northwestwardly along the south line of parcel 1 of said Rawie property to the intersection of the westward prolongation of said south line with the east line of a property conveyed to Shirley Esparza, by affidavit recorded in book 7821, page 1894 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along said east line to a point, said point being 44 feet from the southeast corner of said Esparza property; thence northwestwardly along a line 44 feet northwardly of and parallel to the south line of said Esparza property to a point in the west line of said Esparza property; thence northeastwardly along said west line to a point, said point being the southeast corner of property conveyed to Dela M. Ledbetter, a single person, by deed recorded in book 6986, page 1461 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along the south line of said Ledbetter property to the southwest corner thereof, said southwest corner being also the southeast corner of property conveyed to Frank I. Cain and Rosetta Cain, his wife, by deed recorded in book 6406, page 1144 of the St. Louis County Records; thence continuing northwestwardly along the south line of said Cain property to the east line of Maple Street, 40 feet wide; thence northeastwardly along said east line to the south line of Fenton Hills Road, 30 feet wide; thence continuing northeastwardly along the prolongation northeastwardly of the east line of said Maple Street to a point in the north line of said Cain property, said north line being also the north line of said Fenton Hills Road; thence northwestwardly along said north line to the point of beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
