AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($82,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction/repair of inlets, manholes, and
pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 47 (85154), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction/repair of said
inlets, manholes, and pipe is Seventy Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($70,400.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for
construction change orders is Twelve Thousand Sixty Dollars
($12,060.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($82,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Watkins Creek to be used for project costs for the
construction/repair of inlets, manholes, and pipe in Maintenance
Repairs No. 47 (85154), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
