AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with T & J
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction/repair of inlets,
manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 47 (85154), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to T & J Construction Company, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction/repair of inlets,
manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 47 (85154), in St.
Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 4th day of
June, 1987 and formally executed on the 22nd day of June, 1987 by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
