AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million One Hundred
Sixty-eight Thousand Dollars ($1,168,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Creve Coeur-
Frontenac to be used for project costs for the construction of
sanitary sewers in DC-5 Sanitary Relief Sewer (85127), in the City
of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is One Million Eighty-six Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-three
Dollars ($1,086,293.00), and the cost of inspection, construction
staking, advertisement costs, easement charges, and allowance for
construction change orders is Eighty-one Thousand Seven Hundred
Seven Dollars ($81,707.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million One Hundred Sixty-
eight Thousand Dollars ($1,168,000.00) is hereby appropriated from
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Creve Coeur-Frontenac to be used for project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in DC-5 Sanitary Relief Sewer
(85127), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
