AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an amendment to Contract E-619 with Blank,
Wesselink, Cook & Associates, Inc. for additional engineering
services for the final design of Lynn Haven Sanitary Relief Sewer
Project.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6809, adopted October 22, 1986,
authorized entering into said contract for engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into an amendment to
Contract E-619 with Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates, Inc. for
additional engineering services for the final design of Lynn Haven
Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
