AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Atalanta and Glen (S-2052, C-1308), in the City of Webster Groves,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc. as
the lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers
in Atalanta and Glen (S-2052, C-1308), in the City of Webster
Groves, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of June, 1987
and formally executed on the 8th day of September, 1987 by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
