AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-three Thousand Six
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($43,625.00) from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for the
rebuilding of inlets and manholes, and replacing sewer pipe in
Maintenance Repairs No. 32B (85027), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the rebuilding of said inlets and
manholes, and replacing sewer pipe is Thirty-six Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($36,800.00), and the cost of engineering,
inspection, construction staking, advertisement costs, and
allowance for construction change orders is Six Thousand Eight
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($6,825.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-three Thousand Six
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($43,625.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for project
costs for the rebuilding of inlets and manholes, and replacing
sewer pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 32B (85027), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
