AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-nine Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($49,200.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund to be used for project costs for the rebuilding of inlets and
manholes, and replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 32A
(85026), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the rebuilding of said inlets and
manholes, and replacing sewer pipe is Forty-one Thousand Four
Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($41,475.00), and the cost of
engineering, inspection, construction staking, advertisement
costs, and allowance for construction change orders is Seven
Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($7,725.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-nine Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($49,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for
the rebuilding of inlets and manholes, and replacing sewer pipe in
Maintenance Repairs No. 32A (85026), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
