AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Dizdar Bros.
Inc., for the rebuilding of inlets and manholes, and replacing
sewer pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 32A (85026), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Dizdar Bros. Inc., as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the rebuilding of inlets and manholes, and replacing
sewer pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 32A (85026), in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 29th day of
June, 1987 and formally executed on the 8th day of September, 1987
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
