AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Forty-four
Thousand Dollars ($244,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of the Bissell Point Groundwater Control (BP-5C)
(87163), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said project
is Two Hundred Thirty-two Thousand One hundred Twenty Dollars
($232,120.00), and the cost of the construction application and
allowance for construction change orders is Eleven Thousand Eight
Hundred Eighty Dollars ($11,880.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the fund from which this
appropriation is made sufficient to pay the obligation incurred
herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Forty-four
Thousand Dollars ($244,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Construction Fund to be used for project costs
for the construction of the Bissell Point Groundwater Control (BP-
5C) (87163), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
