AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Security Gardens, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement in
Security Gardens, in St. Louis County, Missouri, described below
is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the intersection of the West line of property conveyed to Donald E. Basford and wife by deed recorded in Book 6186, Page 57 of the St. Louis County Records, with the North line of Lindbergh Blvd. - State Highway 140, as widened, by instrument recorded in Book 6233, Page 551 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Westwardly along the North line of Lindbergh Blvd. - State Highway 140, as widened, South 78 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds West 10.09 feet to a point; thence North 03 degrees 52 minutes 44 seconds West 2049.27 feet to a point; thence South 87 degrees 35 minutes 58 seconds West 479.97 feet to a point; thence South 03 degrees 51 minutes 44 seconds East 1935.90 feet to the North line of property now or formerly of Edward T. Sondker and wife as described in deed recorded in Book 6406, Page 896 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Westwardly along said North line of Sondker property South 78 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds West 10.09 feet to the Northwest corner thereof, said point being also a point in the east line of property now or formerly of Trustees of S. S. Cyril and Methodius Polish National Catholic Church; thence Northwardly along said last mentioned line North 03 degrees 51 minutes 44 seconds West 1947.54 feet to a point in the South line of property conveyed to Lawrence C. Dieckmann and wife by deed recorded in Book 5271, Page 620 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Eastwardly along said South line of the Dieckmann property North 87 degrees 35 minutes 58 seconds East 499.97 feet to the Northwest corner of property now or formerly of Viola V. Dieckmann as

described in deed recorded in Book 6649, Page 2078 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Southwardly along the West line of said Viola V. Dieckmann property and along the West line of aforesaid property conveyed to Donald E. Basford and wife by deed recorded in Book 6186, Page 57 of the St. Louis County Records, South 03 degrees 52 minutes 44 seconds East 2057.64 feet to the point of beginning in Security Gardens, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 34 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
