AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in Lot
C of Dickmann Park and in Section 20, Township 44 North, Range 5
East, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following fifteen foot (15') wide
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The fifteen foot (15') wide portion of an easement on
the Southern line of Lot C of Dickmann Park,
as recorded in Book 7938, Pages 38, 39, 40,
41, 42, 43 and 44 of the St. Louis County
Records; excepting therefrom the East fifteen
feet (15') and the West seven and 50/100
(7.50') feet.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
