AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Part of Lot
17 of Parkwood Acres, Township 46 North, Range 5 East, in Maryland
Heights, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following ten foot (10') wide
easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing from a point being the Southwestern corner of property, conveyed to Leslie Taylor, Book 7284, Page 225 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office, thence South 64 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 143.0 feet to the point of beginning the centerline of said sanitary sewer easement, thence along the centerline of said sanitary sewer easement South 02 degrees 51 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 115.14 feet to a point; said point being the end of a ten foot (10') wide sanitary sewer easement, as recorded in Book 8024, Pages 1449 and 1450 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
