AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to subordinate certain rights
across portions of an easement owned by The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to the State Highway Commission of Missouri for the
purpose of highway improvements on Route 141, St. Louis County,
0.6 mile North of Route HH to 0.4 mile South of Route HH.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said
easement will not interfere with the sewer services provided
therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
does hereby subordinate certain rights across portions of an
easement owned by the District to the State Highway Commission of
Missouri for the purpose of highway improvements on Route 141, St.
Louis County, 0.6 mile North of Route HH to 0.4 mile South of
Route HH.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the District an instrument as approved by the Office of the
General Counsel of the District, giving effect to Section One
hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
