AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-six Thousand One
Hundred Dollars ($66,100.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project
costs for the construction/repair of inlets, manholes and pipe in
Maintenance Repairs No. 48 (85155), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction/repair of said
inlets, manholes and pipe is Fifty-six Thousand Three Hundred
Three Dollars ($56,303.00), and the cost of engineering,
inspection, construction staking, advertisement costs, and
allowance for construction change orders is Nine Thousand Seven
Hundred Ninety-seven Dollars ($9,797.00).
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-six Thousand One Hundred
Dollars ($66,100.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for project costs for the construction/repair of inlets,
manholes and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 48 (85155), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
