AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Hundred Twenty-one
Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($421,300.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for project costs for the construction of a storm
channel in Maintenance Repairs No. 65 (Boulder Creek) 86061, in
the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
channel is Three Hundred Ninety-four Thousand Three Hundred Twelve
Dollars ($394,312.00), and the cost of inspection, construction
staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for construction
change orders is Twenty-six Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-eight
Dollars ($26,988.00).
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Twenty-one
Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($421,300.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for project costs
for the construction of a storm channel in Maintenance Repairs No.
65 (Boulder Creek) 86061, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
