AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Jim Noonan
Contracting Co., Inc. for the construction of a gabion wall in
Maintenance Repairs No. 136 (Kenwood Drive) S-2129, C-1316, in the
City of Northwoods, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Jim Noonan Contracting Co., Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of a gabion wall in
Maintenance Repairs No. 136 (Kenwood Drive) S-2129, C-1316, in the
City of Northwoods, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District pursuant to bids received and opened on the 24th
day of July, 1987 and formally executed on the 8th day of
September, 1987 by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
