HomeMy Public PortalAbout07273 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7273 AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Marriott Courtyard Plaza Plat 1, Parcels A and B, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described ten (10) foot wide easement are hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at a point in the South line of said Parcel "B", said point being the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Mid County Real Estate Partnership by a deed recorded in Deed Book 7562 on Page 1772 of said County Records; thence North 87 degrees 05 minutes 59 seconds West, 43.31 feet to a point, being the intersection of said South line of Parcel "B" with the West line of said Fee Fee easement; thence North 5 degrees 58 minutes 50 seconds East along the West line of said Fee Fee easement, 17.67 feet to the point of beginning of that portion of said easement to be vacated; thence continuing along the West line and Northwest line of said Fee Fee easement North 5 degrees 58 minutes 50 seconds East, 91.27 feet and North 57 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds East, 291.40 feet to the intersection of the Northwest line of said Fee Fee easement with the West line of a new 10 foot wide easement created by said record plat of MARRIOTT COURTYARD PLAZA PLAT 1; thence South 5 degrees 34 minutes 07 seconds West along the West line of said new easement 12.77 feet to a point in the Southeast line of said Fee Fee easement; thence along the Southeast and East lines of said Fee Fee easement South 57 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds West, 278.68 feet and South 5 degrees 58 minutes 50 seconds West, 76.71 feet to the intersection of the East line of said Fee Fee easement with the Northwest line of a new 10 foot easement created by the above referenced record subdivision plat; thence South 51 degrees 38 minutes 32 seconds West along the Northwest line of said last mentioned new easement 13.98 feet to the point of beginning as recorded in Deed Book 4482, Page 504 of the St. Louis County Records. Excluding from vacation that portion of said Fee Fee easement underlying a new 10 foot easement running East and West, created by the aforesaid record subdivision plat which new easement crosses the above described vacated portion and whose centerline lies 66.75 feet North of and parallel to the South line of said Parcel "B" as recorded in Plat Book 245, Page 12 of the St. Louis County Records.
