AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 1 of Blackstone Subdivision, City Block 6455, in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement in Lot
1 of Blackstone Subdivision, City Block 6455, in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of the above said Lot 1 of Blackstone Subdivision, said point also being the Southwesterly corner of Lot 2 of said Blackstone Subdivision, said point also being on the Northerly line of Lansdowne Avenue (60 feet wide); thence North 12 degrees 12 minutes 27 seconds East along the common line of said Lots 1 and 2 a distance of 78.77 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described tract; thence North 77 degrees 47 minutes 33 seconds West 1.50 feet; thence North 12 degrees 12 minutes 27 seconds East 97.16 feet; thence South 77 degrees 47 minutes 33 seconds East 1.50 feet to a point on the above said common line of said Lots 1 and 2; thence South 12 degrees 12 minutes 27 seconds West along said common line of Lots 1 and 2 a distance of 97.16 feet to the Point of Beginning as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 50 of the St. Louis City Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
