AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of Lot 2 of Grandview Park and part of Lot 3 of Tyrie
Sappington Estate in U.S. Survey 3117, Township 44 North, Range 5
East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement
and the District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the Southwest line of Interstate Highway 270, (formerly I-44); said point being distant South 53 degrees 56 minutes 56 seconds East 5.21 feet from the intersection of said Southwest line of Interstate Highway 270 (formerly I-44) with the Southeast line of said Lot 2 of "Grandview Park"; thence South 19 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West 140.22 feet to a point; thence South 36 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds East 150.66 feet to a point; thence North 78 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West 14.73 feet to a point; thence North 36 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds West 133.07 feet to a point; thence South 19 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West 0.58 feet to a point; thence North 70 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 19 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East 6.23 feet to a point; thence North 54 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West 85.08 feet to a point; thence North 73 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East 6.28 feet to the West line of said Lot 2 of "Grandview Park"; thence Northwardly along said West line of Lot 2 of "Grandview Park" North 11 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West 198.64 feet to the South line of said Interstate Highway 270 (formerly I-44); thence Eastwardly along said South line of Interstate Highway 270 (formerly I-44) South 86 degrees 12 minutes 33 seconds East 10.39 feet to a point; thence South 11 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East 199.40 feet to a point; thence South 54 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds East 69.04 feet to a point; thence North 19 degrees 50
minutes 00 seconds East 139.15 feet to said Southwest line of Interstate Highway 270 (formerly I-44); thence Southeastwardly along said Southwest line of Interstate Highway 270 (formerly I-44) South 53 degrees 56 minutes 56 seconds East 10.41 feet to the point of beginning as recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 96 of the St. Louis County Records; and Tyrie Sappington Estate as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 53 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
