AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
U.S. Survey 1918, Township 45 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in U.S. Survey 1918,
Township 45 North, Range 6 East as recorded in Deed Book 2205,
Pages 591 and 592 of the St. Louis County Records. The two parcels
being part of eight foot (8') wide easements. Parcel 1 - Commencing at an iron pipe on the intersection of the South line of Forest Park Parkway and the centerline of the old United Railways Company right-of-way, now abandoned by Deed Book 5198, Page 275 as recorded in the office of the St. Louis County Recorder; thence along the centerline South 06 degrees 37 minutes 04 seconds West, 43.81 feet; thence continuing along said centerline along a curve to the right having a radius of 805.68 feet and an arc length of 114.20; thence leaving said centerline along the Northern right-of-way line of Walinca Drive (40' wide), South 82 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds East, 42.21 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline herein described; thence leaving said right-of-way line North 40 degrees 37 minutes 14 seconds West, 20.69 feet to a point on the eastern right-of-way line of said United Railways Company being the termination of said centerline. Parcel 2 - Commencing at an iron pipe on the intersection of the South line of Forest Park Parkway and the centerline of the old United Railways Company right-of-way, now abandoned by Deed Book 5198, Page 275 as recorded in the office of the St. Louis County
Recorder; thence along the centerline South 06 degrees 37 minutes 04 seconds West, 43.81 feet; thence continuing along said centerline along a curve to the right having a radius of 805.68 feet and an arc length of 114.20; thence leaving said centerline along the Northern right-of-way line of Walinca Drive (40' wide), South 82 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds East, 52.26 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline herein described; thence leaving said Northern right-of-way North 09 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds East, 173.00 feet; thence North 83 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds East, 78.0l; thence South 45 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds East, 28.39 feet to the terminus of said centerline. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1987.
