AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in
Frontenac Forest Lot 31, in the City of Frontenac, in St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following portion of a twenty foot
(20') wide easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 31 of
Frontenac Forest, thence North 0 degrees 55
minutes East a distance of one hundred ninety
one and 80/100 feet (191.80') to a point on
the centerline of said twenty foot (20') wide
easement; thence Southeastwardly along the
centerline of the twenty foot (20') wide
easement which is a curve to the right with a
radius of two hundred feet (200')
approximately one hundred sixty feet (160')
to the point of beginning; said beginning
point also being the beginning of the change
in radius of the twenty foot (20') wide
easement from a two hundred foot (200')
radius to a five hundred foot (500') radius
curve; thence Southeastwardly along the
centerline of the twenty foot (20') wide
easement, which is a curve to the right with
a radius of five hundred feet (500'), one
hundred and ten feet (110') to the point of
termination, as recorded in Book 65, Pages 48
and 49 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1987.
