AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in Weiss
Avenue No. 135 & Outfall (87158), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Weiss Avenue No. 135 & Outfall (87158), in St. Louis County, Mis-
souri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to
bids received and opened on the 24th day of September, 1987 and
formally executed on the 13th day of October, 1987 by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1987.
