AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($300,000.00) from the Emergency Fund to reimburse the
Mississippi River Operating Fund for funds expended for emergency
sewer repairs and engineering of the Arsenal & Broadway Sewer
(88019), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, pursuant to Ordinance
No. 7234, adopted August 13, 1987.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund suffi-
cient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
($300,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency Fund to
reimburse the Mississippi River Operating Fund for funds expended
for emergency sewer repairs and engineering of the Arsenal &
Broadway Sewer (88019), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
pursuant to Ordinance No. 7234, adopted August 13, 1987.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1987.
