AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an amendment to Contract E-489 with Consoer
Townsend & Associates, Inc. for the cost of additional engineering
services for the design of sewers and facilities for the Bonfils
Area Interception System Contract 5-Gravity Sewer (87100), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 5907, adopted March 13, 1985,
authorized execution of said Contract E-489,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into an amendment to Contract E-489
with Consoer Townsend & Associates, Inc. for the cost of
additional engineering services for the design of sewers and
facilities for the Bonfils Area Interception System Contract 5-
Gravity Sewer (87100), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract amendment authorized in
Section One of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1987.
