AN ORDINANCE, vacating a triangular easement being part
of Lot 7 of "James Long's Subdivision", located in U.S. Survey
2031, Township 45 North, Range 4 East in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following triangular easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing in the East line of Lot 7 of said James Long's
Subdivision with the intersection of the North line of
a 10 foot wide ingress and egress easement conveyed to
St. Louis County and Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District by deed recorded in Book 7985, Page 424;
thence along said North line West, 269.47 feet to an
angle point in a 20 foot wide ingress and egress
easement; thence along the Northern line of said 20
foot wide easement South 71 degrees 13 minutes 19
seconds West, 38.78 feet to the point of beginning of
this description: thence South 44 degrees 36 minutes 13
seconds West, 67.91 feet; thence West 94.53 feet to the
Northern line of aforesaid 20 foot wide ingress and
egress easement; thence along said Northern line North
71 degrees 13 minutes 19 seconds East, 150.21 feet to
the point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 445,
Page 354 of the City of St. Louis (former County)
Records.
The forgoing Ordinance was adopted October 29, 1987.
