AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Lots 206, 211 and 212 of Riverwood Place Plat 7, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of a
sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
Five parcels of land located in Riverwood Place Plat 7
as recorded in Plat Book 253 Pages 5 and 6 of the St. Louis County
Records. Parcel 1 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement in
Lot 206 of said Riverwood Plat 7 and being originally recorded in
Plat Book 247 Page 100 as Riverwood Place Plat 5 of the St. Louis
County Records. Parcel 2 being part of a ten foot (10') wide
easement in Lots 211 and 212 of said Riverwood Plat 7 and being
originally recorded in Plat Book 247 Page 100 as Riverwood Place
Plat 5 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 3 being part of a
ten foot (10') wide easement in Common Ground and Lots 213 and 214
of said Riverwood Plat 7. Parcel 4 being part of a ten foot (10')
wide easement in Common Ground and Lots 214 and 215 of said
Riverwood Plat 7. Parcel 5 being part of a ten foot (10') wide
easement in Lots 213, 214 and 215 of said Riverwood Plat 7. Parcel 1 - Commencing at the Easterly most corner of above said Lot 206; thence South 45 degrees 58 minutes 12 seconds West along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 206 a distance of 52.48 feet to the point of beginning

of the herein described parcel; thence continuing along last said course South 45 degrees 58 minutes 12 seconds West 7.33 feet; thence South 83 degrees 19 minutes 31 seconds West 7.21 feet; thence North 68 degrees 57 minutes 36 seconds West 58.70 feet; thence North 23 degrees 23 minutes 17 seconds West 30.44 feet to a point on a curve to the left; thence along said curve to the left, which has a radius point bearing North 26 degrees 30 minutes 43 seconds West 64.00 feet, an arc distance of 10.10 feet; thence departing said curve South 23 degrees 23 minutes 17 seconds East 27.59 feet; thence South 68 degrees 57 minutes 36 seconds East 63.97 feet to the point of beginning and containing 918 square feet or 0.021 acres, more or less. Parcel 2 - Commencing at the Northwest corner of above said Lot 212; thence North 52 degrees 49 minutes 43 seconds East along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 212 a distance of 34.83 feet; thence South 21 degrees 38 minutes 02 seconds West 139.17 feet; thence South 18 degrees 39 minutes 55 seconds East 12.38 feet to a point on a curve to the right; thence along said curve to the right, which has a radius point bearing South 14 degrees 11 minutes 04 seconds East 64.00 feet, an arc distance of 3.31 feet; thence departing said curve North 23 degrees 23 minutes 17 seconds West 1.05 feet; thence North 21 degrees 38 minutes 02 seconds East 146.01 feet; thence North 68 degrees 21 minutes 58 seconds West 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 3 - Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 213 of the above said Riverwood Place Plat 7, said point being on the Westerly line of Riverwood Place, 55 feet wide, said point also being the Southeasterly corner of Lot 214 of said Riverwood Place Plat 7; thence North 86 degrees 34 minutes 46 seconds West along the common line of said Lots 213 and 214 a distance of 118.20 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 213, said point also being the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 214; thence North 22 degrees 57 minutes 56 seconds West 38.76 feet to a point, said point hereafter to be known as point "A", to be used in further legal description; thence South 60 degrees 09 minutes 02 seconds West 92.50 feet to the termination of said easement. Parcel 4 - Beginning at point "A", said point being described in the previous description for Parcel 3; thence North 60 degrees 09 minutes 02 seconds East 35.49 feet; thence North 50 degrees 01 minutes 46 seconds West 76.00 feet to the termination of said

easement. Parcel 5 - Beginning at the Northeast corner of the above said Lot 215 of Riverwood Place Plat 7, said point being on said Westerly line of Riverwood Place, said point also being on a curve to the left; thence in a Southerly direction along said curve to the left, which has a radius point bearing South 52 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds East 227.50 feet, an arc distance of 191.00 feet to the termination of said easement.
