AN ORDINANCE, vacating a stormwater discharge easement
in Harding Park, in Maryland Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
a suitable alternate stormwater discharge easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described stormwater
discharge easement is hereby vacated, to wit: The most Northern 20 feet of Lot 1 and 2 of Harding Park recorded in Plat Book 43 Page 15 of the St. Louis County Records, and said stormwater discharge easement as recorded in Book 7259 Page 110 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 29, 1987.
