HomeMy Public PortalAbout07302 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7302 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in part of Lot 1 of the Subdivision of Landmark Bank in Township 47 North, Range 7 East, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re- quested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement and the District has no further use for said portion, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. That portion of a twenty foot (20') wide sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of the above said Lot 1 of Landmark Bank, said point also being the Northeasterly corner of a tract of land now or formerly conveyed to Phillips Petroleum Company, as recorded in Deed Book 5331 on Page 551 of the St. Louis County Records, said point also being on the Southerly line of Redman Avenue; thence South 17 degrees 44 minutes 38 seconds West along the Westerly line of said Lot 1 of Landmark Bank a distance of 10.00 feet; thence South 58 degrees 45 minutes 22 seconds East a distance of 25.00 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline of the herein described 20 foot wide tract; thence continuing South 58 degrees 45 minutes 22 seconds East 81.50 feet to the terminating point of said centerline of said 20 foot wide tract, as recorded in Book 260 Page 8 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 29, 1987.
