AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Maintenance Repairs No. 56 Linden Avenue Sanitary Sewer (85158),
in the Cities of Clayton and University City, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPO-
LITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Maintenance Repairs No. 56 Linden Avenue Sanitary Sewer (85158),
in the Cities of Clayton and University City, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 28th day of September, 1987 and formally
executed on the 13th day of October, 1987 by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 29, 1987.
