AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Clarkson Square Plat Three, U.S. Survey 2002, Township 45 North,
Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of a
sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in Clarkson Square Plat Three as
recorded in Plat Book 235, Page 18 of the St. Louis County
Records. PARCEL ONE Commencing at the Northernmost corner of said "Clarkson Square Plat Three"; said point being also in the West line of Baxter Road (width varies); thence Southwardly along the said West line of Baxter Road (width varies) South 27 degrees 53 minutes 03 seconds East 11.84 feet and along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 62 degrees 06 minutes 57 seconds East 899.10 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 59.83 feet; thence Southwardly leaving said road line South 15 degrees 17 minutes 08 seconds East 33.39 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 56 degrees 16 minutes 59 seconds East 909.10 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 200.45 feet to a point; thence South 74 degrees 26 minutes 32 seconds West 83.75 feet to a point; thence North 15 degrees 17 minutes 08 seconds West 182.07 feet to the actual point of beginning.
PARCEL TWO Commencing at the Northernmost corner of said "Clarkson Square Plat Three"; said point being also in the West line of Baxter Road (width varies); thence Southwardly along the said West line of Baxter Road (width varies) South 27 degrees 53 minutes 03 seconds East 11.84 feet and along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 62 degrees 06 minutes 57 seconds East 899.10 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 59.83 feet; thence Southwardly leaving said road line South 15 degrees 17 minutes 08 seconds East 214.55 feet to a point; thence South 36 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds East 6.88 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence North 74 degrees 26 minutes 32 seconds East 84.68 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 40 degrees 33 minutes 01 second East 799.99 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 2.18 feet to a point; thence South 40 degrees 57 minutes 37 seconds West 60.93 feet to a point; thence South 23 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East 87.24 feet to a point; thence North 36 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds West 130.77 feet to the actual point of beginning.
