AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of Lot 11 of Magdalena Hills Plat No. 2 Subdivision, in
Sections 24 and 25, Township 46 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement,
and the District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The east ten (10) feet of the west one hundred forty (140)
feet of the north seven and one-half (7-1/2) feet of
Lot 11 of Magdalena Hills Plat No. 2 Subdivision,
Sections 24 and 25, Township 46 North, Range 5 East, in
St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Book 64,
Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1987.
